INTRODUCTION: Lickota presented us with four beautiful red longhairs on October 9, 2011, which were ready to head out to their new homes on December 4th, well ahead of the Christmas rush, but now they're ready to be Valentine's Day gifts that will just keep on giving their own special brand of unconditional love!
MOTHER: Lickota is a charming little chocolate & tan dapple longhair whose parents were Dakota and Dutch. This is only her second litter - the first ones sold like hotcakes!
FATHER: Sergio is a longhaired English cream with a boatload of champions in his pedigree. He is producing some outstanding babies for us!

THE PUPPIES:
PUPPY #1 is a gracious pure red girl who will have especially-luscious long hair from her daddy's English genes - but you know how it is with girls and boys in the animal kingdom - the boys get the best and the most... it usually holds true with dachshunds, too. The girls' long hair is typically about half or less of what the boys have. It's all easy-care, anyway - dachshunds are great dogs! If this is your first time to have a dachshund, let me tell you - you won't find any nicer than one of these pups! This baby girl is priced at $600 the way she is, or $650 with full AKC registration.
PUPPY #2 is a red dapple longhaired girl with her Mama's spots and Daddy's coat - just the sweetest, prettiest thing! We fell in love with Lickota's loving ways, and these pups have been good students, learning to be the same way. You're going to love your pup from this litter! This baby girl WOULD be priced at $650 with full AKC registration, or $600 without it, except she is our own Pick of the Litter - WE have chosen to KEEP her!!! She's the one in the back here - she hasn't changed MUCH from her baby picture, has she?!
PUPPY #3 is a red dapple boy, identical to his little spotted sister above, except his coat will be longer and thicker than hers. Dapple dachshunds are all unique - the spots and splashes are always different - so even if you got both of these brothers, you could always tell them apart. If this boy is your favorite, he can be yours for only $500, or $550 with full AKC registration.
PUPPY #4 is a also a red dapple longhair, and if he's anything at all like Lickota, you are going to think the world of him - her daddy is Dutch, who is a special guy: super affectionate, calm, and typically one of the quietest dogs we have. We've always had wonderful pups from him, and nobody ever brought one back - they're keepers! You can take this one home for $550 if you'd like him papered, or $500 if you don't, then use the savings to buy him some extra treats!

"Lickota" is not a misspelling of "Lakota" - her mama's name is Dakota, and this little pick-of-litter girl loved to give us kisses when she was a pup, so we called her "LICK-ota." She's still just as loving as she was then, if not moreso - and mama dogs teach their pups about humans, so if she's a lover, her pups will be, too. Lickota's daddy is our great chocolate & tan Dutch, the all-time lover amongst our boys - he won't go to bed at night without hugs and kisses! These pups are 4th-generation Flick puppies - we KNOW their bloodlines and personalities - you won't get any better temperaments than these!

Sergio came to visit us a couple of months ago, and we put him to work with some of our nicest girls, who happened to be in the mood for love at the time... but now we wish he had stayed longer! However, we're keeping a few of his pups, who will fit perfectly into our breeding program.

This is our wonderful little Dutch: softer than satin, sweeter than the finest Dutch milk chocolate, full of more love than any other dog we have - and our kennel has a reputation for the loving dogs we have and produce! We keep this pint-sized boy busy for a reason - he makes terrific puppies!
KIDS! They never pose the way you want them to - but this is cute, too! What a ham!
